A Day at Multnomah Falls
A day at the falls with Alivia, my Dad, Brother and his GF; Michelle. The day was as beautiful as ever, a perfect day to spend at the water falls. Alivia had such a good time; she was looking around as though time was about to run out and therefor she had to take a gander at everything around her....Nothing but smiles on her pretty little face :) The day couldnt of been filled with any more fun and good times.

Getting more independant...
Ali has now discovered how to roll over from both directions now (from tummy to back and from back to tummy). She will now roll across the whole living room or her bed room, then look up and you and give a big smile and a giggle showing how proud of herself she is. I took a small video of her cruisin' right along for you all to see how big she is getting. Alivia has a very proud Mommy and Daddy.
Enjoy!

We found "our" hiking spot from last summer (the one where we ran for our lives from a bear. Lol)
Dru and Janessa came up to visit the other week, and we all decided to go for a hike since the it was such a nice day. Like I stated above, we found the spot that we had looked for numerous times since last summer without any luck. The hike was great, full of green and shade, with some spots of sun shining through the trees, really pretty. The path stopped at a point in the ocean; the tide was out pretty far so you could see all of the oyster, clam and crab shells. We all had a fun time, Alivia especially. She was in her little kangaroo pouch just talking away.... Definitely had a good time.
Thanks again to Dru and Janessa for coming up, we love to have family up to brighten up our routine :)

Mmm mmm mmm
Alivia loves eating by herself. You give her a cookie and she thinks she has floated away to heaven.... She is in pure bliss. She has also just started drinking from a sippy cup. She likes being able to do things on her own; she's getting to be so big. I say this all the time, but is still blows me away....
Seattle Aquarium
A day in Seattle; Aquarium, Yummy food, Pikes Market, Ferry rides & Family.....what a day! Alivia's Grandma and Grandpa Nash came up to visit about 2 weeks ago, and we all had such a good time. Had some good dinners, a lot of laughs, good times and a whole lot of fun. The Seattle Aquarium was Awesome. Alivia was mesmerized; she didn't take her eyes off of the fish takes and animals. It was so cute. It was a blast, I hope we can do it again soon. Thanks for all the good times :).....
(Just so you know what you're looking at, the pictures below are of us standing in the middle of a huge jelly fish tank. It was really neat; It was a circular tank, where the jelly fish floated around in)

Getting more BEAUTIFUL by the day!
our little girl is getting more gorgeous as the days go by. She is quickly turning into a little girl. A little girl with such a big personality already. She has her moments being sassy, cranky, funny, poopy...... whatever the mood she is in,it never changes the fact that she is the cutest little girl alive!!!! She shows so much animation with her eyes; at any given moment, one could see where her minds at or what she's thinking or wondering about. Being a mommy to a wonderful baby is a blessing within its self, we are truly blessed....we love you so incredibly much. Xoxo

Jungle Gym
Alivia love the jungle gym Grandma got her :) She is amazed at all of the colors, pictures and movements of the gym. She could sit there under the arches forever...it's adorable. She reaches out and grabs things now. If you put something in front of her, she will reach out and grab it from you...like food!!! It's crazy to think of how fast she is growing. I love it

Cute as a Button
Our Gorgeous baby girl is just about 4 months old now. She has become extremely aware of her surroundings, as well as the people within them. She gets very interested in color contrasts, such as in books, the t.v. and lights. She gets a kick out of "watching" cartoons, and sometimes she will even show a smile or give a little giggle while entranced in all the movements. It is a hoot to watch :) She has recently noticed that she can move her arms and legs in different positions then she had before. For example, she often straightens her legs, as if in a long stretch. She will also do this with her arms, and while doing so, she one day noticed that she had a hand. Only one though; her right. Lol. She will straighten it out, and wave it in front of her face, and look at it as though it is something that is going to eat her alive. I cannot help but to laugh when she gets that crazed look in her eyes...teehee. Since she has become aware that she has hands, she has been reaching out to try and grab things, like her toys, blankets and anything within her reach. She has learned so much over the last couple of weeks even. She has grown so fast. So fast, that it almost makes me want to cry. I cannot help but to take in every little thing she does. She is my baby girl, my Alivia. Enjoy the new pictures and video (sorry its sideways). Alivia thinks it's funny when we make animal noises at her......Here is an example.

Before our eyes...
I look at our baby girl everyday, I take all of her beauty in, and realize that my eyes have been witnessing her grow, learn and develop right in front of me. She has recently realized her voice can do more then just coo. She now screams...lol She loves "talking" to anybody who will listen, and sometimes she will even "talk" to her self :) I woke up this morning to her wide eyed and smiling making all sorts of noises, completely entertaining herself; It was the cutest thing in the world. I cannot wait for the days, months and years to come.
For those who haven't seen our precious girl lately or ever, you should get in touch, and see if we can get together...

7 weeks and 3 days
Our Beautiful little girl is getting so big!! She is coming into her own a little bit. She now makes little noises all the time and tries "talking", as well as smiles constantly. She usually has a little grin on her face and every couple minutes or so, she'll let out a big smile....We Love it. She's our little Angel....
Our trip to Hurricane Ridge
We hop in the car and head on a mini road trip. We drive towards Port Angeles, WA, which is about an hour and forty five minutes from our home. After a while of freeway sight seeing, we arrive. We decide that we were hungry, and we grab a bite to eat at a little place called "The Crab House". After some grub, we head towards the Olympic Mountain Range, which is near Hurricane Ridge. We had heard that it had gorgeous views and a cool place to go to play in the snow. It is 17 miles up the mountains!!! It took us about 35 minutes or so to drive up the road that lead to the top. It was really clear out; blue skies and no clouds and a ton of snow. We had gotten out of the car for about 1 min each to take a picture with Alivia. It was super windy and cold, so we decided it was a better view in the car...lol You can tell how cold it was, I'm sure by our pictures...teehee. It was the kind of cold that if you were outside for longer then 30 seconds it felt like days. It felt like your nose and ears were going to just fall off. It was a fun trip. It's so nice to just take the family out for little trips around town to make fun little memories. We had a fun day :)

4 Weeks and 2 Days old...

Crazy huh? Our little baby girl is already a month old. She's growing up so fast already. You can tell in all of her little movements, sounds, smiles and giggles that she won't be so small for long. She has started using her baby voice, and let me tell you, it is the cutest thing in the world...it makes my heart melt. I'll have her down on her changing table (Which she loves to be on) and she will let out a little giggle then she'll smile because she realizes what she did. It's adorable. She is awake now for most of the day, which means Mommy and Daddy are getting a good nights rest :) She is everything we could of hope for and more. She is our Angel. Our baby girl.

Alivia's first bath :)
Today Jonathan and I gave Alivia her first bath; She loved it. She was a little curious at first...her facial expressions said so....lol But after a minute or two she was waving her little arms around and kicking her feet in the water. Not a tear shed the whole time. Can't wait to put this "First Bath" picture in her baby book for her to look at and talk about with us when she's older. We had a lot of fun today with bath time :)

Growing before our eyes
First of all, Thank You to all of you who left such special comments. We love you all :)
Since we have been home, we have been trying to get baby girl on some type of a routine, not quite working yet, but headed in the right direction. She is a lot more awake now and enjoys looking around and checking things out around her. She has realized that she has two hands now and like to hold them together...so cute! As of Wednesday, Alivia now weighs 9 lbs and 10 oz. However, I'm sure that's not the case today...lol She has grown so much already. She can only fit into a couple of her newborn outfits now :( and has to be put size 1 diapers already :( Our little baby girl is growing up so fast already. She is so precious and is the light in our lives. We honestly love her more then we thought we could ever love someone or something. Seeing her for the first time, was like a whole in our lives had been filled. I'm so happy and proud to be the Mommy and Daddy of Baby Alivia.
